When a Bedford resident, Bryan Carl Foor Sr., 41 was convicted of raping a 17-year-old girl, he denounced the accusation by stating that he didn't rape the girl but only tired to have sex with her in which he failed as the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra was not stored with him at that moment.
According to police statements, the victim had gone to Bryan Carl Foor Sr`s home on mid-November for tattooing and after he tattooed her, the accused proposed to drive her back home. While Bryan Carl Foor Sr, the girl and his son, a classmate of the girl were on their way to the girl's home, the accused suddenly asked payment from the girl for tattooing and when she refused to pay, he raped her.
Bedford state police had taken the accused into custody on the charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors and placed him in the Bedford County Jail in lieu of $850,000 straight bail.
According to a revelation by another source, the accused had made it clear that he didn't want to have forced sex with the girl and that it was only consensual sexual intercourse.
