A man selling certain kind of tablets named Kamagra illegally over the internet by publishing them as having
effects similar to the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra was caught and fined for £500. He was also instructed to pay another £1,000.
The investigators found out that the man Richard Underhill was selling the unlicensed medicine illegally via a website from his home in Church Crookham, Hampshire. Detailed investigations also led to the recovery of some of the illegal medicines sold by Christopher Davies of Dennison Barracks, that were being supplied by Richard Underhill . The accused was also earlier convicted on account of the possession of Kamagra gel with the sole motive of selling it in the market.
Just after this shocking revelation, Mick Deats, head of enforcement and intelligence at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MRHA) commented that the man who was caught for selling unauthorized drugs has risked the health of the public. He further pronounced that MRHA will not spare anyone working against the laws placed under the Medicines Act.
