The Japanese police made an arrest connecting to unauthorized possession of Viagra tablets in the province of Nagoya. The man was charged for illegal possession of the ED drug with a motive to sell in the black market.
Takeo Kubo, 61, a resident of Naniwa-ku, Osaka has been found guilty of tresspassing the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. He admitted to his guilt on strenuous questioning by the Japanese police.
Kubo has been accused of placing advertisements for Viagra in many leading newspapers of Japan. The Aichi Prefectural Police has been grilling him on this serious breach of Pharmaceutical law ever since his arrest. In the process, the Prefectural Police has confiscated a long list of Viagra consumers from his home. The Police said that Kubo had sold Viagra tablets to more than 2500 consumers in 43 of the nation's 47 Prefectures.
During the raid which resulted in Kubo's arrest, investigators found 300 tablets of Viagra that weigh around 220 grams in his house. The Aichi police has referred him to prosecutors across the nation and investigations are still on to nail him in other Viagra related offences.
