Equipped with the search warrants from the Manila Regional Trial Court, the police masterminded raids on several places such as Singalong, Sta. Cruz, Binondo and Manila and recovered counterfeit Viagra worth P35.

The authorities seized approximately 220 boxes of imitation Viagra and about 16,000 other Viagra boxes with four tables per box from stores such as Fareast Chinese Drug Store, Central Chinese Drug Store, Chua Kim Ton and others.

The recent police operation was subsequent to the raid conducted by the National Bureau of Investigation in October and November last year on 23 drugstores stationed in places like Metro Manila, Southern and Northern Luzon.
